If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Service.

2. Service Eligibility and Refusal of Service
Jobsolv's services are tailored to specific career needs and may not be suitable for all users. Jobsolv reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if it determines that the user is not a great fit for the services offered. This determination is at the sole discretion of Jobsolv and may be based on factors including but not limited to user needs, service capacity, and strategic focus.

3. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Jobsolv provides services intended for career enhancement and job search assistance. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee job placement, career advancement, or specific outcomes from the use of our services. User experiences and outcomes may vary.

30-Day Interview Guarantee Terms:
- This guarantee applies to clients who have fully completed their onboarding process with us and have actively engaged with all provided services and resources.
- The guarantee period begins on the first day of service activation and extends for 30 consecutive days.
- Should the client not secure at least one job interview within the 30-day period, we will continue to provide our services free of charge until such an interview is secured. This extended service is subject to the following conditions:
- Clients continue to actively engage with our services and apply to job openings recommended by us.
- The guarantee covers job interview offers only; it does not guarantee job placement.
- Free services under this guarantee will continue for a maximum determined by Jobsolv during that market condition, after which the guarantee claim will be re-evaluated.
- This guarantee does not apply to factors beyond our control, such as market conditions, changes in job availability, or clients not meeting the minimum qualifications for their targeted positions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, products, and services of Jobsolv, including software, texts, graphics, and logos, are the property of Jobsolv or its licensors. These are available for personal, non-commercial use under these Terms.

5. User Conduct
You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service. You shall not misuse the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

6. User-Generated Content
Jobsolv may allow user content on its platforms. You are responsible for the content you post and agree to not post content that infringes upon the rights of others or is unlawful.
