This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and Jobsolv ("Company", "We", "Us"), a United States-based entity operating the www.jobsolv.com website and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

However, Jobsolv reserves the exclusive right, without obligation, to deny access to its services to any person or entity at any time, based on its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, considerations of service compatibility, capacity, and strategic alignment.

3. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Jobsolv aims to assist users in their career endeavors through its services, which include job search automation, resume customization, and application assistance. Despite this, Jobsolv does not guarantee job placement, career progression, or any specific results from the use of its software or services. User results may vary.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by Jobsolv, including software, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Jobsolv and are protected under intellectual property laws. Such materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be used in violation of this Agreement.

5. User Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates the rights of the Company or third parties.

6. User-Generated Content

Jobsolv may allow users to post content. Users are solely responsible for the content they post and must ensure it does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any laws.

7. Hyperlinking and Third-Party Content

Jobsolv may provide links to third-party websites or content as a convenience to users. Jobsolv is not responsible for the content of any third-party sites and does not endorse any such sites or their content.

8. Service Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. The Company will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Cancellation Rights:

You may cancel your agreement with Jobsolv’s Fully Serviced Signature Service within 30 days of purchase, provided the service has not commenced. This does not include Jobsolv Software. Cancellations initiated post-service commencement are not permitted, though Jobsolv may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds. Refunds, when granted, will be processed using the original payment method without imposition of additional fees. Certain services, due to their nature, are non-refundable. This determination lies solely with Jobsolv. Refund requests should be directed to support@jobsolv.com.
